My Narrative

One day in a castle lived a king. Outside lived his dog called Michael. Everyday they went for a walk to find money. They walked through the forest and over the mountain. On this day, at the top of the mountain they found 1 million dollars. The nice king shared the money with his friends.

My Kite

My kite is cool colourful and it is cool and i made it red green blue yellow my kite can fly in the sky

The Seven Sisters of Matariki

By the river there was a house of seven sisters. Every year the seven sisters made kites to celebrate the harvest. Each sister made different kites. Red, white, orange, green, pink and rainbow. 

The sisters went up the mountain to fly their kites. There was no wind so they tied their kites around the tree and went to sleep.

In the night the wind came and the kites flew into the sky. The little sister woke up and saw the kites shining with the stars.

The kites always shine at Matariki.

The Zoo

Last week my class went to the Auckland Zoo. We went to the zoo to learn all about how they look after the animals. My favourite animal was the elephant because it was so big. We also went to the Bug Lab. The bugs were so disgusting. I had so much fun at the Auckland Zoo. Thank you Zoo!
